Our Managing Director, John Dyson M.C.I.E.H., F.R.I.P.H., has over 20 years experience within the Hospitality Industry and has been responsible for advising on regulatory compliance systems to Companies including Forte, Gardener Merchant and Sodexo.

His experience within the Industry after a previous role as a Senior EHO in Local Government has been instrumental in ensuring that our compliance solutions meet the requirementsof Managers in the Industry as well as Enforcement Authorities.

John sits on a wide range of UK Government and EC Advisory Bodies including:-

• Food Standards Agencies Steering group on Scores on the Doors
• DEFRA's Food Industry Better Regulation Group
• HSR Hospitality Liaison Forum

Cocom is contracted to the British Hospitality Association (BHA) to advise the Hospitality Industry on Food & Technical Affairs.  John represent the BHA on HOTREC's Fire Safety expert panel and FERCO's Food Expert panel.  HOTREC and FERCO are the Trade Associations for the Hopsitality Industry in Europe.

John Dyson, Managing Director of COCOMS in his capacity as Food & Technical Affairs Adviser is a member of the Steering Committee and Working Group set up by the Food Standards Agency to develop the National Scores on the Doors scheme.
