We have found the course to be clear, simple and easy to use even for those with very little computer literacy.  As it is -carried out on an individual basis (excellent for maintaining day-to-day staffing levels),  participants are able to take the course at a speed that is suitable for them, enhancing their ability to focus and absorb information more comfortably.
